My abiding childhood memories of Uncle Peter are of a lot laughter and a fog of cigar smoke at large family Christmas gatherings. Also of being incredibly excited when he came to visit us in his Ferrari! More recently Christmas also features heavily as many of our interactions were over Christmas puddings. My mum (Peter's sister Ginnie) used to make puds for many members of the family following their mother's recipe. When Mum died in 2013, I took over this role with a certain amount of trepidation having never made a Christmas pudding before. I'm not sure they were great at first but Peter and Yvonne were always so complimentary and it has been lovely to be able to keep a family tradition going. Uncle Peter will be much missed and I send our love and thoughts to Yvonne. Jennifer, Joe, William and Emily
