I will always have fond memories of Uncle Peter. My abiding memory will always be of him standing in the living room at 21 Hale Lane with a drink in one hand, a giant cigar in the other and constantly laughing out loud. He was always had a real presence in the room. I remember we would all get excited at the prospect of him arriving in his Ferrari. It was pretty cool being able to tell your mates your uncle owned a Ferrari!! More recently I will remember him joining us at family gatherings sharing stories about the things they’d all got up to when they were younger. He always seemed to be at the centre of the mischief! Peter was kind and generous and larger than life. He will be truly missed by us all, particularly by Daddy (his brother Robin). Family get togethers just won’t be the same without him. Sleep well Peter and thanks for the memories. Love Joanna, Matt, Eleanor, Poppy and Lilly.
